From the moment you arrive at this place, you can feel just how professional and dedicated the staff are. I was met with the smiling warm welcome from Mille who explained everything in great detail. I then left my car in their capable hands, although I was not sure how they would repair my car to make it look perfect. I was contacted by them the next day, advising that the job was bigger than expected so it may take a day longer to repair but they insisted the original price quote would remain the same. I picked my car up on the Friday and was blown away with the repair that was carried out. Absolutely top class job and you seriously would not think there was any damage. VCR took over the process and dealt with everything from communicating with my insurer to the repair of my vehicle, it sped up the process massively and was at no extra cost to me. “After being involved in a minor collision, my insurance company were trying to write my vehicle off. They didn’t understand that it was a specialist vehicle that had been modified for work purposes, and were massively undervaluing it. That evening, I decided to send an email to VCR to see if they would be able to help. I received a phone call from Chris first thing the following morning, saying that they would be able to help and to bring the vehicle down so they could take a look and evaluate the damage. After evaluating the damage they confirmed that the vehicle was repairable, and that there’s no justification to write it off. Over the next few weeks, Chris worked very hard to argue and prove to the insurers that it should be repaired. Eventually he managed to get them to authorise repairs. Can’t thank Chris and the staff at VCR enough for their hard work and determination in saving my vehicle. I would highly recommend them.”

Special equipment was required and not any other car body repair shop had it in the area. The prices I heard for the repair from other shops were about 2 to 3 times what I have been quoted by VCR.
